| Sealco Commercial Vehicle Products, Inc. (Sealco) warrants to
the Purchaser that Sealco electrical products will be free from defects in
workmanship and material under normal use and service for twenty-four (24)
months from the manufacture date of the product. Sealco will, at its option,
either repair, replace or credit the net purchase price of any Sealco
electrical product that they find defective upon inspection. All electrical
products involved in warranty requests must be returned for inspection with a
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form, shipped prepaid and separate from any
other items including cores, to Sealco Commercial Vehicle Products, 215 East
Watkins Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004, Attention: Warranty Department. All
decisions made by Sealco concerning warranty issues are final. |
| This warranty shall not apply to any Sealco electrical
product which: 1) has been employed in other than normal use or service, 2) has
not been properly maintained, 3) has been altered, repaired or replaced in a
harmful or unauthorized manner, 4) has been subjected to highly corrosive ice
control chemicals without a frequent & regular undercarriage washing
program, 5) has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or mechanical
damage or 6) has suffered impact or shock greater than that ordinarily
encountered in the service for which the electrical product was designed or
intended. The alteration, repair or replacement by Sealco of an electrical
product for any reason will not extend this warranty. |
| There is no other warranty or liability, expressed or
implied, applicable to Sealco electrical products and in no event shall Sealco
be liable for any consequential or special damages resulting from the use of
Sealco electrical products. |
